Furthermore, now through January 31, 2010, for every code entered at, Cheerios will donate $1, up to $200,000, to raise awareness for heart disease and provide free cholesterol screenings for women in need, through its partnership with WomenHeart. I maintain a healthy heart by eating a vegetarian diet (for the past 20 years.) I walk and bike rid for activity!

If you eat the fruits and veggies that are in season and buy the sale items.... it is really not that hard to eat on a budget.. USE COUPONS for your grains and beans!

Thank you bringing womens health issues to light!!! Very important!!

I just re-read the instructions for entering the contest and it seems I didnt' follow directions too good. So here is my answer to heart health.

To maintain a healthy heart, I eat multi-grain products and use the 5- a day rule of thumb. Of course my family loves cheerios.
